It applies to our website (inframedics.com), our internal WhatsApp-based quality-management assistant, and other services we operate.

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact details you provide through our website forms or by writing to us (name, email, phone number, company, message content).
- Technical data collected automatically when you visit our website (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), used to keep the site secure and understand usage.
- WhatsApp assistant data — described in Section 6 below — for authorised staff who use our internal quality-management assistant.
3. How we use your information
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, operate our internal quality-management processes, maintain security, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to those for which it was collected.
5. Data storage and security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Access to internal records is restricted to authorised personnel on a role-appropriate basis. We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
6. Inframedics QMS WhatsApp Assistant
We operate an internal assistant on the WhatsApp Business Platform to support our quality-management system. This section describes how it handles data.
- Who it serves: The assistant is for authorised Inframedics staff only. It responds solely to phone numbers on our internal roster; messages from any other number are ignored and not acted upon.
- What it processes: The WhatsApp phone numbers of authorised staff, the content of messages sent to the assistant, and internal company records (such as project and quality-management documents) that the requesting staff member is authorised to access.
- Access control: What the assistant will disclose to a user is limited by that user’s role. Sensitive information, including individual salary details, is not disclosed through chat; where applicable it is provided only as a secure link accessible to authorised persons.
- Storage: Message logs and related records are stored on Inframedics-controlled systems and are used to operate the assistant and to maintain quality-management audit trails, consistent with our ISO quality processes.
- Third parties: To deliver messages and generate responses, the assistant relies on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and AI model providers. These providers process message content only to provide their service to us.
This assistant is an internal operational tool, not a public-facing service. It is not intended for, and does not knowingly serve, anyone outside authorised Inframedics staff.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 1. We will respond in line with applicable data-protection law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act where it applies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
